The Story Behind Human - Human X Webflow Template

How we started

Christianity versus Atheism, East against West, well-educated versus poorly educated, poor against rich, private disputes - After numerous successful and unsuccessful debates of his own, in 2013 in Munich and later in Silicon Valley, Franz reach a point:

Something must be done about alienation and escalating conflicts! Initially, the project was put on hold due to concerns about bureaucracy, but it was revived in 2020 at the University of Heidelberg. The team came together, fluctuated, has been stable since 2021, and has learned a lot.

WorldViews is not just a job, but also a mission for us

We are driven by strong values

Neutrality

No person is neutral, but WorldViews must be — for a wide range of opinions within the constitutional law.

Transparency

We shouldn't divulge trade secrets, but we believe in trust through transparency.

Teamwork

Hierarchies and individual work are important, but in principle, we are much stronger together than alone.

Social purpose

Self-interest is understandable, but empty without benefit to others. The vision of a better discussion culture drives us forward.

Honesty

We need to control time and performance, but we do so with confidence in the honesty of our team members.

Economic efficiency

Motivation beyond money is essential for us, but without financial gain, we jeopardize our sustainable existence.
